We at Berkey Filters are dedicated to keeping our customers happy.

To meet this goal we have the following policies:
  • Guarantee -  we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 30 days from the purchase date on all of our Berkey water filter systems, if for any reason you are not  completely satisfied with your purchase from Berkey Filters, simply call Berkey Filters for a return confirmation number then ship us the item in the original box, with all of the original packing and parts, for a full refund of the purchase price.  Returns will not be accepted without a return confirmation.

  • Warranty - Berkey has a six month factory warranty that covers factory defects

  • Lifetime replacement policy - If at anytime the container of your Berkey water filter system (Including spigots, washers or nuts) fails in anyway due to materials or workmanship, Berkey Filters will promptly replace that container or covered part free of charge (less shipping). This offer only applies to our registered customers. Customers must register at time of purchase of the system in question. It does not cover damage caused by carelessness, accidents or abuse of the system. It does not cover filters. This is an exclusive offer to our valued customers, from Berkey Filters and is in addition to the six month factory warranty. 

  • Shipping - We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.00. All free shipping orders will be through the carrier service that we choose. If you wish to have control over and pay for the shipping method or carrier, please choose the carrier in the pull down menu during the checkout process. If you choose free shipping we need a physical address and will not ship to a PO Box. If you do not have a physical address free shipping would not be an option. If you require shipping to a P.O box, choose USPS in the pull down menu during shipping. If we recieve orders for free shipping and you do not supply a physical address, the order will be put on hold until we resolve the conflict. We do offer expedited shipping methods through UPS (Next Day Air, Second Day Air and 3rd Day Select). Orders for this expedited service placed before 12:00 am (noon) MST on a regular business day (M-F), will be shipped that day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next day, unless that day is a holiday or weekend, then it would ship the next available business day. Under certain rare circumstances that are sometimes beyond our control, we are unable to get orders out for Next Day Air Service. Under these rare circumstances we will contact you for further instructions and directions on how to proceed. We reserve the right to ship items by the means that is suitable for that particular item. At Berkey Filters customer service is our #1 priority and we always strive to keep you happy. Please call or E-Mail us if you have special needs or have problems with the shopping cart or dont think the shipping methods presented meet your needs.
  • Privacy - Your privacy is important to us, any personal information we obtain is for our use only,  under no circumstances will Berkey Filters give out any personal customer information to a third party.

  • Security - all online transactions are conducted over a secure server using the industry's highest standard security certificate.

  • Sales terms - we accept all major credit cards, money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks.  Personal checks will be held 7 business days before shipping occurs, all others will be shipped the next business day.
