We offer free shipping on all orders over $79 all 50 U.S. states. Free shipping threshold is calculated after any discounts are applied.

All orders eligible for free shipping will be shipped by the carrier of our choice. 

For the fastest delivery times please enter a physical shipping address. Deliveries to P.O. boxes may take longer. 

To have control over the shipping method or require a specific carrier, the customer may have to pay for shipping during checkout. 

Please note, orders $500 and greater require a signature upon delivery, this is to prevent stolen packages and is at no additional cost to the customer.

Canadian Shipping

The customer is responsible for any customs, brokerage, or other fees that may be incurred because of the merchandise crossing the Canadian border. Taxes and fees may change based upon your local address. Customers may need to visit their local Canadian Post or local pick up site to retrieve packages. Merchandise refused or returned for any reason from an order shipped to Canada will be refunded less shipping costs. Learn more about Shipping a Berkey to Canada.

Expedited Shipping

At an additional cost we offer an expedited shipping method which delivers Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  We make every effort to ship orders placed before 1:00 p.m. MST during the week, on the same day. 

Order Cancellations/Changes

We are a rapid shipping facility and as such order cancelations are not guaranteed. Should you need to request a cancellation, please complete this Order Cancellation Request Form as quickly as possible after placing your order. 

We are not able to make changes to existing orders. To make a change please place another, separate order or request a cancellation of the original order.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

Undeliverable or refused packages happen despite our best efforts. We strive to make every experience a pleasant one for all our customers and proactively monitor shipments.  When we can, we send emails to advise of actionable issues. 

The need to Refuse Delivery or request a Return to Sender happens, contact  Berkey Customer Service to determine if an RMA or order cancellation is possible. 

Unexpected packages returned to us will incur a $17.60 return fee imposed by the carrier and up to a 20% handling fee. These fees will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Missing or Damaged Items

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect their order once it is received. If items are found to be missing or damaged, notify us within 30 days of receiving the order to be eligible for replacement. Claims of missing items or damaged items after 30 days of receiving your package will not be approved.
